* $100/hr

* $450 overnights 5pm check in/ Noon check out

* Inquire about day rates for over 8hrs

* No groups over 3 people

* Same day bookings are harder to accommodate

* $100 deposit for new renters

* Accessibility: 5 stairs in front entrance of building/large elevator inside

* No outdoor play in building or property

* Waiver will be required and emailed for bookings

* ProDomme renters have slightly different rules, inquire prior
