* No groups over 3 people

* Same day bookings are harder to accommodate

* Deposit for new renters

* Accessibility: 5 stairs in front entrance of building/large elevator inside

* No outdoor play in building or property

* Waiver will be required & emailed for booking

* ProDomme renters have slightly different rules, list your details in application
